From Shizuoka to the World Nagamine Tea Co., Ltd. is a trusted and established tea wholesaler based in Shizuoka Prefecture, one of Japan's leading tea-producing regions. We carefully select and refine high-quality tea leaves gathered from across the country. Our headquarters and manufacturing plant are located in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, a city famously known for its fishing industry.
Our History Founded in 1876, our company began by shipping export tea, known as "basket-fired" tea, to trading posts in Yokohama. In the early Showa period (mid-20th century), we expanded into mail-order sales. With a history of direct sales spanning over 100 years, we are passionate about delivering delicious tea straight from the tea estates to your home.

Recognized by Tea Professionals All our teas are carefully selected and finished by our master tea blender, who has won the Highest Gold Prize three times at the Shizuoka Tea Refining Competition. This serves as a testament to our advanced refining techniques, honed by competing against the best tea masters in the prefecture.

Award-Winning Excellence At the Shizuoka Tea Competition in 2010, our tea received the prestigious Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award in the "Crane Seal" (Premium Tea) category. Since then, we have continued to win awards for nine consecutive years, maintaining top-class quality in Shizuoka Prefecture, home to Japan's finest tea processing technology.
受賞歴 2010年、静岡茶審査会で「鶴印」（最上級茶）部門において農林水産大臣賞を受賞。 以来9年連続で受賞を続け、日本随一の製茶技術を有する静岡県において、トップクラスの品質を維持しています。
Our Stores
Physical Stores and Online Shop In 1974, we opened our first directly managed store in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Today, we operate a total of eight stores across Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Shizuoka. Additionally, our online store is proudly celebrating its 27th anniversary.
